三餐·一宿·9～10九
南京的云南北路，有家奶酪吧。听名字就很特别。
店里的特色是奶酪火锅，不过去的三个人都是靠绝食保持体型的人，看到任何高热量的食品更好像看见活鬼一样，所以对奶酪火锅这样的菜式，大家都没有表现出很浓厚的兴趣。
我要了一杯espresso，Pisces要了一杯latte，Stella要了一杯cappuccino。
各人点的咖啡所含热量和各自的体重成反比。
但是谁又能抵抗甜食的诱惑呢，尤其是出差在外的旅人。
我们三个人合点了一份strawberry cheese cake，勉强有十二分之一的七寸pizza那么大。
很好吃。
吃完我们又点了一份cheese cake。
都是用小餐叉精确分割的。
Stella忽然说，我们是不是很像共产主义？

II
There was me, the boss of the coffee house, a pair of girls, and a third girl.
I asked the boss whether or not his coffee house is smoke free.
Most of the customers are students, so I had no idea if smoking is allowed at all. Besides, for the three years during which I have been visiting this coffee house I have never seen anybody smoking here.
I just wanted to have a cigarette.
The boss stared at me surprisingly, knowing that I was not a smoker.
The answer was given by one of the pairs though.
She raised her head from the book that she was reading, looked at me, smiled and said, slowly but firmly, Gosh no.
I was pleased. And I got it instantly.
I asked the boss to hand me an ashtray, then took four cigarettes from my pack. One for the boss, one for the pair of girls each, and one for me myself. The third girl said she never smoked, so I lighted the cigarettes for us four. All of us enjoyed the Captain Black very much. And we talked a lot as we smoked. And I tried their Mild Seven shortly afterwards.
Fabulous. It was just perfect.

Pathetically the night pub makes everyone look different from the day but the same from each other. I see no individuals. I see a group of people. I see cups refilled and bodies intertwined. And when looked backed upon from a five-hour sleep after an eight-hour drink, all of them are lovingly good. They are authentic. You might not feel it when you are among them. But ASA you are drawn out by a hangover you know it instinctively.
Get up. Get a shower. Pay the credit card bill. Feed yourself. Get down to the business of the day. Still you have to walk and work in the daylight.
